Less-Than-Truckload (LTL)

Shipments made up of 1-6 pallets, large boxes, or crates that occupy less than 12 linear feet of a trailer.

Partial/Full Load

Shipments that are larger than LTL, but less than a full truck trailer, are partial truckloads. Partial truckloads usually range from 6 to 18 pallets, 8,000 to 27,500 pounds, and/or occupies more than 12 feet of linear space in a trailer. Partial truckloads do not require freight classification, so the potential for extra charges from re-classing and residential delivery are eliminated.

Shipments made up of 26-30 pallets, 42,000 pounds, and/or occupies the entire space in the trailer are full truckloads.

Heavy Haul/Oversized

Shipments that are larger, wider, and/or heavier than the standard legal dimensions. Shipments are Heavy Haul/Oversized if they exceed any of the following:
* Width of 8.6 feet

* Height of 12 feet

* Length of 53 feet

* Gross Weight of 80,000 pounds

Vehicle Transport

Shipments of cars, trucks, SUVs, and motorcycles. Enclosed trailers for specialty cars.
